Case Lake Lithium - A reconnaissance survey by JMK Exploration Consulting of ERM's 4-claim property contiguous to Power Metals Corps' lithium property was carried out on August 8,9, 2024 to assess the potential for Li-bearing pegmatite on the property.

Mount Jumper Graphite, Quebec - A compilation report on the property was completed by Geologica Groupe-Conseil.

Eva Lake Silver - A property site visit was carried out by Nebu Consulting LLC on May 28, 29, 2024 to assess its potential. The property hosts a high-grade silver showing (Jensen).

Snowbird Uranium, Saskatchewan - ERM's Snowbird property (879 ha) located north of the Centennial Uranium property has been sold.

Eva Lake Silver Property - 2023 prospecting report was filed for approval. The 18-claim property is located 8 km NW of Beardmore, ON and just over 1 km N of the past-producing high-grade Leitch gold mine.

Eva Lake Silver Property - JMK Exploration Consulting completed follow-up prospecting and sampling of the area to the west of historical trenches with previous high-grade silver assays.

The Authier North (Quebec) lithium property amended option agreement was completed and 100% ownership was transferred to Power Metal Resources PLC. Eagle Ridge Mining Limited retained a 1.25% NSR on the property.

Jonson Lake Gold Project, Shining Tree, Ontario – Prospecting work and geochemical sampling work were completed in the spring and summer of 2022. A report has been filed. Sample Au values ranged from <5 to 424 ppb and Cu values ran from 2 to 4110 ppm. Soil geochem values ranged from <5 to 77 ppb Au. This work was successful in suggesting the extension of the shear zone hosting the Pacesetter occurrence.

Eva Lake Silver Property, Beardmore, Ontario – Reconnaissance prospecting and sampling completed and report was filed. Results from grab samples ranged from <0.3 to 763 ppm Ag, 2 to 906 ppm Cu, <3 to 2360 ppm Pb and 53 to 1060 ppm Zn.

Sylvanite Gold Property, Denyes Twp, Ontario – Claims sold to Exiro Minerals.

Authier North Lithium Project, Quebec – Power Metal Resources PLC opted to continue into year 2 of option agreement with ERM.

Malartic South Project, Malartic, Quebec – 38 claims contiguous to the south side of the Canadian Malartic Mine sold and transferred to Apollo Explorations Ltd.
